Jamie C. McDonald

Since 2005, I have focused on leveraging the best practices of business and leadership development to help strengthen the systems, structure, and strategy of a large church in a growing, diverse and dynamic community.

We have seen over a thousand people commit their lives to following Jesus Christ and engaged hundreds in community and service. Prior to answering the call to vocational ministry, I spent 10 years in business development serving the family entertainment and expedited logistics industries.

If vision is the fuel of leadership, then the currency of leadership is relationships.

You don’t see leadership as much as you feel it. My job as a leader is to invest in people first, then inspire a shared vision of moving them toward their full potential.

When I’m not strategizing on napkin notes over coffee, I love exploring historical towns with my wife Lauren or just sharing a night in the city. The rest of my time is dedicated to training up Mason, Jaxon, and Finn. Which includes: wrestling, golf and watching our beloved Green Bay Packers (I married a girl from Wisconsin) or my beloved Tarheels (I’m a Carolina boy).
